Raise Your Media operates in compliance with card network regulations, and industry standards to ensure secure transactions and dispute resolution. All services provided are clearly defined, and clients must acknowledge terms before engaging in any transactions.

DT Media Holdings LLC dba Raise Your Media provides digital marketing, consulting, and technology services.

This Fulfillment & Delivery Policy outlines how services are delivered, expected timelines, client responsibilities, and access requirements.

All delivery timelines are specified in the signed service agreement before collaboration begins. Clients should refer to their agreement for precise timelines.

3. Service Delivery & Turnaround Times

Raise Your Media delivers all services online through platforms such as Zoom, email communication, Slack channels, phone calls, and Asana task sharing. Digital deliverables are stored on Google G-Suite, where each client has a dedicated folder containing content calendars, strategy planning documents, and graphic elements. Social media content distribution and website management require administrator access to client accounts.

All sensitive client data is securely stored in Bitwarden, a military-grade encrypted password management system.

→ Short-form videos: 7 business days. Long-form videos: 14 business days to 1 month, depending on complexity and length.

Social Media Posts Copywriting & Video Script Writing (One-Time & Subscription)

→ 7 business days.

Branding & Graphic Design (One-Time & Subscription)

→ Full branding development: 4-6 weeks. Simple graphic design tasks: 7-10 business days.

Web Hosting Subscriptions (Monthly/Yearly)

→ 7 business days.

GoHighLevel Reselling & HighLevel Service Setup (Monthly/Yearly)

→ 7-15 business days.

Web Development (One-Time, including Landing Pages)

→ Weekly updates following a record-release process and monthly 1-hour strategy meetings.

The subscription fee remains payable even if the client does not submit new content. If Raise Your Media fails to deliver, the next month’s fee is waived or refunded.

Cold & Warm Email Services (Newsletters) (One-Time & Subscription)

→ 7-10 business days.

Consulting Services (Marketing, Tech Stack, Sales Funnels)

→ 10 business days to 1 month.

Business Email Formation & Anti-Spam Records Implementation

→ 7-10 business days.

→ Short-form courses: 15 business days. Complex e-learning systems: 1-3 months.

Online Podcast Production & Distribution (One-Time & Subscription)

Delivery timelines outlined below depend on timely client responses, prompt reviews, and effective communication between clients and our team. Any delays in feedback, approvals, or providing necessary materials may extend the fulfillment period.

All service delivery timelines are outlined in the signed agreement prior to the start of collaboration. Clients should refer to their contract for exact details.

4. Client Responsibilities, Revisions & Access Requirements

Clients are entitled to two free rounds of corrections per each service delivered. Additional correction requests may be subject to additional fees, which will be outlined in the signed service agreement.

Clients must provide:

- Timely access to required digital assets (Google Drive, social media accounts, website credentials).

- All brand assets, approvals, and logins necessary for project completion.

Sensitive client data is securely stored in Bitwarden Password Management App, a military-grade encrypted password management system, ensuring strict security compliance., which uses military-grade encryption. Raise Your Media conducts regular cybersecurity training to protect against threats.

5. Data Security & Ownership

Digital deliverables are provided through Google Drive, Asana, Figma, or Slack.

Client Ownership: Clients receive final exports of design and video work. Editable files may be provided upon request.

Raise Your Media retains client data for a period of 12 months after project completion unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. After this period, non-essential data is permanently deleted from our systems. Clients may request data deletion earlier by submitting a written request, which will be processed within 10 business days. Financial and contractual records will be retained as required by law.

6. Hosting & Platform-Specific Terms

Web Hosting: Provided through SiteGround (U.S.-based shared servers).

GoHighLevel Clients: Clients receive portal access through an active user profile managed by Raise Your Media.

UX Design Files: Delivered via Figma or PDF formats.

7. Subscription & Cancellation Terms

Subscription-based services include social media, SEO, email marketing, GoHighLevel, and video editing.

Clients must commit to an initial three-month term, after which subscriptions continue on a month-to-month basis.

Cancellation Policy:

- Requires 30 days’ notice for cancellation.

- No prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

- Clients retain access to services until the end of their billing cycle.

8. Refund Policy

In the event of a dispute, Raise Your Media first attempts to resolve the issue directly with the client. If a resolution cannot be reached, clients may escalate disputes through Stripe's dispute resolution process, in accordance with their payment provider’s policies.Refunds are not issued due to client delays, failure to provide necessary access, or incomplete client participation in project execution. Refunds are calculated strictly based on the percentage of work completed at the time of the request.

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

- Raise Your Media fails to deliver services as outlined in the signed agreement.

- Refunds are calculated based on the percentage of work completed.

- No refunds are issued once work has started or after final client approval of deliverables.

- Refund requests must be submitted within 5 business days from service delivery.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and will be issued to the same form of payment used during the original purchase.
